In 2008 I played Maggie in the Weaver Hughes Ensemble production of “Pebbles on the Beach” written by Joanna Pinto and directed by Timothy Hughes. The play was first performed at the Pleasance Courtyard at the Edinburgh Fringe and subsequently went on to a three week run at the Old Red Lion in Angel.

Luckily the character of Maggie was pregnant, as by the time we finished the run at the Old Red Lion I was eight months pregnant myself!
